Welcome to WalletAutopsy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WalletAutopsy web platform, operated by Rosalia Mazza, including any content, functionality, and services offered via walletautopsy.com ("the Service").

1. Overview of the Service

WalletAutopsy is a blockchain wallet profiling tool designed to analyze publicly available on-chain data and generate automated insights, classifications, and behavioral tags. The tool is intended for research, risk assessment, and educational purposes only.

2. User Accounts & Access

To access certain features, you must register for an account using a valid email and password via our Supabase-authenticated interface. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may not share your access credentials or allow multiple users under one account.

3. Payments & Billing

Payment processing is managed via LemonSqueezy. Pricing tiers may vary depending on when you signed up (e.g., Early Access, Public). By purchasing a subscription or license, you agree to pay all applicable fees as displayed. Access will be granted only to users who create an account using the same email address used during payment.

Your subscription may renew automatically unless canceled. WalletAutopsy is not responsible for failed billing or expired payment methods. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your LemonSqueezy customer portal or by contacting support.

4. Refund Policy

WalletAutopsy does not currently offer refunds once access has been granted. However, exceptions may be made in specific cases (e.g. duplicate payments, technical issues) at our sole discretion. If you're unsatisfied, contact support within 7 days of payment.

5. Data Use & Privacy

We only process personal data necessary to operate the platform (email address, account credentials). WalletAutopsy does not store or analyze private wallet keys or off-chain identity information. All profiling is derived from public on-chain activity.

By using the service, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains in more detail how we collect and process data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use WalletAutopsy to harass, dox, or target individuals
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the system
• Access the service with automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) without permission
• Republish, resell, or redistribute reports without express written consent

7. No Investment Advice

WalletAutopsy provides informational insights based on automated blockchain analysis. It does not offer financial, legal, or investment advice. Any decisions made using this data are your sole responsibility.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, branding elements, and proprietary code associated with WalletAutopsy are owned by Rosalia Mazza. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written consent.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or abuse. In such cases, no refund shall be issued unless required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

WalletAutopsy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. The service is provided “as is,” and we make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or availability of wallet data.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of [Your City/Country].
